Order Cancellations
Our system begins processing orders immediately upon payment confirmation to ensure fast dispatch.
- Once payment is successfully processed, your order enters our fulfilment workflow
- Cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours after placing your order
- After this window, the order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be stopped
